The Furong Award is the highest honor for construction quality in Hunan Province, evaluated annually by the Hunan Construction Industry Association and representing the leading level of engineering quality in the province. The Longfor Platinum Island commercial complex project, built by the Group, passed document review, on-site inspection and comprehensive evaluation, and was selected for its excellent physical quality, standardized construction management and complete technical records.
With a total gross floor area of about 98,000 square meters, the project comprises a shopping mall, street-level commercial blocks and an underground garage. During construction, the project team strictly implemented sample-first guidance, sign-off process acceptance and on-site measurement, achieving a first-time structural acceptance rate of 100%, with several techniques showcased as demonstration practices.
